Introductions

My name is Dave Van Zandt. I live in Greensboro. I am an exercise physiolgist and certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS)... I am employed in healthcare and also run a freelance web design business.

I am currently trying to lose 15 lbs. Wish me luck! Laughing

Great job on TFA's website and my page!! I love it!
Good luck with your weight loss efforts. By the way... ever tried spinning?? Best cardio there is and a great way to boost weight loss. I think you had mentioned increasing cardio exercise as a personal goal? Can I help?

That is quite true Libby, I was a spinning instructor at a point in time in the past, and probably help get in in the great cardio shape.
