4th week still improving

Today made the big jump to 225 for 4 sets 6,6,6,5 total 23 reps hope to puch this towads 40 total reps . my final set was 250 for 3 no spot. I did feel fairly strong today inspite of a bad night sleep and a head ache all day.

I am confident if i felt better my reps woudl of been a few more on each set. I am looking forward to Monday!!!

Alright here it it 225 4 sets 8, 8 , 7 , 6 29 total reps...then 250 for 2 no spotter on the last set so I did what was comfortable

Body weight 163lb very happy with the 1 lb decrease and improvement in strength. I owuld like to accomplish this goal at 160lb or less!!!!

TIME AWAY

WED. it has been over a week since last work out due to getting sick. i am going to try to make in today and just do a light work out and follow up on hopefully saturday or sunday with a good solid chest workout. I do not think this will be a set back but i was fustrated that I was unable to work out for over a week!!

1st Big Hurdle

Well I was definitely on my way then 2 weeks jsut 2 light workouts due to jsut feeling really bad either with alergies or sinus infection. Today i am feeling great and will still relax a bit on Sunday and start fresh on Monday. I will still attempt my 4 set at 225lbs but it may be pretty ugly.

1ST SOLID WORKOUT IN 2WEEKS

Finally i had a great solid workout today, and I am pleased with the outcome. 4 sets of 225 for sets of 6 wt felt comfortable, although before feeling Ill I was hitting 8-9 reps at 225. I am very happy though.

Mike, as far a periodzation - i really do not feel that I am consistent enought during a cycle for it to be a cycle.

tuesday was my bench wo and some what please set are moving up ward again 4 set of 7 @225 . next hurdle is cruising next week so most likely another full week off or limited workouts.

I AM BACK

It has been a tough 6 weeks getting over being sick and then a Vacation. I worked out chest on Monday this week felt pretty week and 225lbs felt very heavy. How ever todays work out was a good one. 5 sets of 6 at 225, the weight felt fairly light and all most no struggles at all. I am really looking forward for some serious improvement next week.

been a while

So... I am feeling 100% better still having some tendonitus issues with the biceps. Fruday work much improve 225 12 reps no spotter available I think I could of had 13 or 14, very pleased though. Tomorrow tuesday will be my next wokrout. cheers

Today I am in the teens yeah!!!! 13 reps at 225 also one heavy set 275 for 1 no spot necessary.

5 months until I am forty I feel like I am back on track.

I had a great workout Saturday 225 14 reps 275 2 reps and 225 12reps fetl great a bit sore on Sunday.

Today light workout on chest 1 set 225 for 10 - 275 1 rep 135 25 reps all felt pretty light good sign!

OVER TWO WEEKS SINCE LAST UPDATE

Hey all... today I have gotten even closer 15 reps @ 225lbs then focused on lighter weights with reps around 15. I think I may start working on sets of 20 first try will be @ 205 and then start increasing the weight.
