Supplements - a word that can draw a line in the sand between the pros and the cons!

What are some of the opinions out there?

Week 2

Ok so here it goes..... I entered into a bet with 2 co-workers to see who could loose the most % of weight in an 8 week time frame. God only knows why I entered into this bet considering I absolutely love my high fat high calorie food. I had a baby 1 1/2 years ago and I gained some MASSIVE weight. WOW! My husband and I were looking back at the DVD from when I gave birth the other night and he looked over at me and said "I don't remember you being that fat".
I am currently doing a 30 day trial membership at The Rush on Wendover. However, I am considering a variety of options. I do have the gym at UNCG but it is often very crowded and it is extremely difficult to even find a place to park and this discourages me from even wanting to go. I have been a member of the YMCA on Horse Pen Creek Rd but it is now too far from where I live. So this leads me to The Rush. So far I have found that I really enjoy that it is open 24/7 so I can no longer excuse myself ...

The group consists of myself and two coworkers who are anxiously trying to lose weight and get in shape; the incentive to win is cash and also my cruise in September to celebrate my 5 year wedding anniversary. We have agreed to weigh in on Mondays, and the winner will be the one who loses the most percentage of her body weight at the end of 8 weeks. Already frustrating, today's weigh in was +1 lb. Since starting, I've really ...
